Located in Shelby, NC, the Cleveland County Abuse Prevention Council, Inc. provides quality, confidential services to survivors of domestic violence, rape, sexual assault, homelessness, and homemaker displacement. We do so by providing safe shelter, advocacy, support services, and preventive education.
