Supportive Housing Eligibility: Northeast and North Minneapolis, Northern Hennepin, Northern Ramsey cities, and Anoka County Residents who are homeless, about to be homeless, in the process of eviction, or living in substandard or abusive conditions. Details: Rent assistance is available but only for North/ Northeast Minneapolis single adults Based on available resources, residents in transitional housing pay $150 to $550 per month rent and provide their own food (deposit same as rent) Elim has other services such as moving, followup services, and permanent supportive housing For Transitional Housing – the maximum stay is two years. * Contact for current rates as they are subject to change.
